Groundwork in Cheshire, Lancashire & Merseyside & Blackpool Council are amongst 19 partnerships to receive funding today, as part of Nature Towns and Cities, a new UK-wide mission to enable millions more people to enjoy nature and green space close to home. MORE NEWT ACTION TODAY!!! This morning we were at the Damselfly Wetland conducting our pond dipping surveys and water quality monitoring. We had some fantastic results. All data collected is sent to the Ribble Rivers Trust for analysis.
