Well done to both our teams who participated in the Naboj Maths Challenge last week which was held at Glasgow University. Both teams came 2nd in the Glasgow heat with Juniors coming 14th in the UK and Seniors coming 32nd in the UK. Amazing work from our elite mathematicians.

Our best wishes go to Johnny Gray who is competing in Romford at the national final of Rotary GB&I Young Musician Final today playing his cello. Having won Allander Rotary local heat he progressed to win the Rotary Scotland South competition and won the Rotary in Scotland final.

After learning about cancer in lessons, Katie from The Beatson Cancer Charity visited our S3 biologists to share the charity’s role and the support offered to people. Our S3 classes are currently planning some fundraising activities to support their work in the coming months!💛🐝

Some of our S5/6 Biologists got to visit The Beatson Institute as part of the CRUK doors open events this March. They learnt about about the roles played by those who work there, their journey into research as a career, what current research looks like, and had a lab tour!🥼🔬🧫
