Congratulations to Dr. Doug Miller, who successfully defended his Ph.D. dissertation today! His dissertation is entitled "Subseasonal to Seasonal Prediction and Predictability of Extreme and Severe Weather", and was supervised by Prof. Zhuo Wang.
