A housefire in Bellevue displaced a family of five. The Bellevue fire department was able to put out the fire quickly which started in a utility room in the lower floor of the house. The Red Cross is assisting the family.

Somehow, this bus backed into a building at fourth and Columbia creating quite as spectacle this morning. They were able to finally tow it out-of-the-way and traffic resumed to be normal Friday traffic.

The Triumph of Seattle motorcycle shop on Aurora was smashed into. Doors are damaged and a window broken. They are trying to determine if anything was stolen.

A car went through the front doors into West Coast Storage on Rainier Ave. The driver was taken to the hospital and the car went deep into the store. No other injuries, but the store sustained major damage.

A stolen car was chased on I-5 from Snohomish County all the way to SeaTac airport cell phone lot before WSP was able to do a pit maneuver. 2 suspects are in custody with a third on the loose.

SPD investigating a car that was shot up and a person in the car taken to the hospital. The car was on Lake Washington Blvd just north of Seward Park. You can see several bullet holes on the drivers side of the car.

I am not sure how the car got on its side but somehow it managed. This was on E. Olive Way right before Harvard blocking both directions of traffic. Parallel parking gone wrong?

A 60+ year old man was attested for second degree murder charges of a 50+ woman. It took place around 2:30 am this morning. They knew each other.

Some Vandals defaced the W at the University of Washington. It was painted in red until the university got the power washer and cleaned it off.

A driver on Rainier crashed into this tree in front of Stewart lumber. SPD did a field sobriety check with him before he got into an AMR ambulance and was taken to a local hospital. The road was closed southbound due to the incident.

A shooting on Harbor Ave SW on Alki left a man with a gun shot to his leg and the suspect still on the loose. SFD treated the injury and the victim is ok.

Early this morning a fatal stabbing at Kinnear Park left one person dead and another at the hospital. SPD is investigating the homicide.

This morning a Tesla drove up the curb between Lennon and a tree and blew through two planters and into Sinbad and destroyed Psychic Journey’s staircase. Thankfully, no one was injured. The driver fled the scene. The Tesla still had temporary tags.

A yacht was cut loose from its anchors and floated into Dyes inlet and got stuck on the rocks. This morning a tug was supposed to come and take it away during high tide but didn’t make it so the yacht sits here.

A fire at a Burien school burns for hours destroying the gym. It’s being investigated as a possible arson.
