🇳🇴🤝 During working visit to #Norway, the Director General of the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross, Maksym Dotsenko, met with Crown Prince Haakon Magnus of Norway. They talked about humanitarian situation in #Ukraine during the war and further support to Ukraine.

🇳🇴🇺🇦Ukrainian Red Cross delegation holds a series of meetings in #Norway with: ⁃the President of the Norwegian Parliament; ⁃the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway; ⁃the Norwegian Red Cross team. The meetings focused on further cooperation to support #Ukraine.

A modular settlement for IDP families, built with the support of Ukrainian Red Cross, has been opened in #Chernihiv. It consists of 7 two-story houses with a total of 112 apartments. The apartments are fully equipped with household appliances and furniture for comfortable living.

Last night, during shelling of #Kherson, the warehouse of the Kherson regional organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross was destroyed. The fire, resulting from the direct impact, wiped out the #humanitarianAid stocks designated for the Kherson region's residents stored.

On 18 and 19 March, in Brussels, the Ukrainan Red Cross delegation took part in the European Humanitarian Forum organised by the European Commission with the assistance of Belgium. This year's main topic was health, namely the impact of war on the healthcare system.

Deputy Director General of the URCS, Illia Kletskovskyi, is currently on a working visit to Brussels. He joined a meeting with representatives from member states of international and Ukrainian civil society to discuss ongoing support for Ukraine and Ukrainians affected by the war

A delegation of representatives of the URCS,headed by Director General Maksym Dotsenko, attended the event "Through Ukrainian eyes",organised by the Swedish Red Cross in support of the Ukrainian people at the "Forografiska" International Centre for Photographic Art in Stockholm.

🚩The first international follow-up conference to the Political Declaration on Strengthening the Protection of Civilians from the Humanitarian Consequences Arising from the Use of Explosive Weapons in Populated Areas with participation of the URCS was held in Oslo on April 22-23

🚑Today, the 대한적십자사(Korean Red Cross) , with the support of the Ukrainian Red Cross and the Korean Government, has presented 40 ambulances to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.These vehicles are equipped with all the necessary tools to provide emergency medical care during transportation.

A hub has been set up in Kharkiv to provide humanitarian aid to people evacuating from the dangerous areas of Kharkiv region.Volunteers of the URCS are working at the site to provide both humanitarian aid and psychosocial support to those who have been forced to leave their homes
