I did that because she said, RCBC Bot Erica requires that. Which is partially true, because, when you do chat with that BOT via FB messenger, an OTP is needed and you will have to input that in. PART 4 #SCAM #RCBCBANKARD

Anyway, the whole time, I was dictating the OTP to a recorded voice prompt every after a beep sound. The “customer service” rep would even remind me to not tell her about the OTP since they’re not suppose to know that. OTPs should only be dictated to the BOT Erica. Part 5

If I will rate the caller, she’s more efficient that the real customer service rep of RCBC. She can confidentially answer all questions I throw at her. Part 6 #RCBC #SCAM

While RCBC call center agents, would fumble on what to say and always end up with, I don’t have access of your file, I will transfer you to a so and so… Anyway, the scammers are very much aware of what to pitch when they call. So, my resolution, is to cut ties with my card. END
