Silver practice day 2: A tough day of walking. 25km with lots of climbing and testing navigation. Some sore feet but all teams completed independently. Satisfying day in the hills ending with a happy camp and impressed leaders.

Silver practice day 3 started cool and misty but ended with the best weather of the year so far. Hard walking on tired legs, but once again all teams impressed with their fortitude and completed in good time. We'll done all.

Silver practice day 1: 15km in changeable weather. Strong start by all teams. Very wet camp!

Silver Expedition Day 1. A very testing day of walking in Wales. After a mid day start, teams covered 20km including an ascent of Pen y Fan, arriving in camp late evening into dusk. All teams performed exceptionally.

Day 4 Gold Expedition in Svartalven. Quality open water paddling with multiple portages made a tiring last day. Last nights camp was wet and wild so some fair skies have been very welcome.
