Max Brock RCRI required 2d LOS & only incl in-hosp complic-not 30d. In our AmJCard paper, we found MICA to have the lowest % but when elevated was more accurate. These are only tools to help. I think <1% is an artificial cutoff as we treat pts w/ 2-3% predicted risk in a similar fashion.
