Education,education,education has been the theme of the last few days. GCSAA Conference and Trade Show. Wonderfully balanced with the theory of “work hard/play hard” with some fantastic evening events #midway and last nights taco/ tequila party.Chris Low and I the only ones to do the tequila part

As we come close to the end of what has been a fantastic week. It’s time to chill at the pool Bernhard and Company . Having meet up with lots of friends new and old ar the show. Establishing invaluable new contacts to use Ringway Golf Club. Winning the ⛳️ was icing on the cake 👍👍

Once again blown away by the level of service from Reelsharp . Not only are these guys lifesavers whist I wait for my red beauties to arrive from Bernhard and Company. The big guy had to turn into Columbo and spent hours helping to resolve an issue we discovered 1st Class 👏👏

It’s always a wrench to leave these views. However all things must come to an end. It has been fantastic (and much needed) to be able to step off the tread mill and spend some quality time with the entire troop over the last few weeks. (1/2)

Our break was topped off by us spending our last day at our secret(ish) place. Now fully energised and looking forward to the very exciting next stage of course development @ringwaygolfclub plus the arrival of some new toys!!!

The last few weeks have been hugely positive and progressive Ringway Golf Club . Adrian McCullough and the team have absolutely smashed it. Their efforts this week with greens renovations never faltered. It only seemed right to treat the team ( and guest) to a fantastic breakfast

Bunker renovations that reduce the frequency and severity of washouts will extend the life of bunker sand, save countless hours of repair, and minimize disruption to play after a storm.

Traditionally, the McKenzie 8th green has been one of the worst greens for holding water here Ringway Golf Club. Earlier this year Tom Weston brought the Sand Cat from Campey™ Turf Care Systems as a demonstration. After 50+mm over the weekend I think we can say it’s been a success👏👏

Thank a Greenkeeper Day. We are proud of our team & grateful for everything they do. This time last week working in 28 degree heat to 14 degrees today with 20 ml of rainfall. Thank you from members, staff and visitors 👏👏British & International Golf Greenkeepers Association

Thanks again Chris and all CTM again for the wonderful service. The waiting time is certainly improving 👍👍 However this new addition will now have to “sit on the shelf “ for few months. It will have a good couple of layers of polish on it before it has its maiden mow😂😂

Things are finally starting to move forward ( finally) with the redevelopment of our driving range. Base level is in place, and we now move onto the shaping of the site. I’m starting to let myself get excited about what a practice facility we will have Ringway Golf Club
