Session this morning with u12s, started with a simple but effective circuit based on agility, power and technique then onto a possesion based small sided game with an attacking overload and emphasis on winning the ball back quickly #preseaon #coaching

Solid session today, focusing on overloading attack v defence with 3v2s and then having a regression of playing 2v2- looking at making good decisions in key areas, SSG consisted of our practices, very impressive for just the start of pre season #coaching

Worked 1-2-1 today with our wide players, a lot of decision making weather to go high or low. I also want our wide players to be alert from over hit crosses from opposite side, so we worked on shooting across the keeper and also cutting inside finding corners⚽️✔️🌧
