A tsunami WATCH is in effect for all Samoan low-lying areas. All people on low lying coastal areas are advised to stay away from beach areas and for the public to refrain from visiting coastal areas until a cancellation has been issued.

The Tsunami WATCH previously for in place for all of Samoa is now cancelled. We advise the public to remain calm and proceed with caution as you return to your homes.
