A pleasure 2 attend Academi Arweinyddiaeth - Leadership Academy annual wellbeing conference today. The Academy commissioned & published an enquiry 2 identify factors compromising leadersโ wellbeing in mainstream education resulting in a call 2 action. Authors hope this will resonate across all education settings
