You need to be intentional with your time. Schedule every hour of the day! It sounds insane but you’ll have more time for work and leisure!

You CANT fake how you feel to the universe. You can try and you can delude yourself into thinking you’re feeling a different way. The way you really feel manifests. Always.

Change is always possible. Remember that. The habits that hold you back. Keeping you from the life you want. They can stop. Just make a different choice. You have the power.
