The DLI is the durham light infantry which is run by the durham county council. General John Lambton raised the 68th regiment.

The DLI is open daily from 10am-5pm

We are trying to interest younger people to come to the museum, what are your views on improving?

The DLI also has: a medal room, a memorial book, an art gallery, exhibitions, a tea room and talks explaining the work of people in the DLI
