Synchrony is all around us, from fields of fireflies to planetary orbits locked together by gravitational forces. The Robert Mehrabian College of Engineering's Frencesco Bullo is leading a multi-university research initiative to study the mathematics behind these rhythms of nature. ow.ly/620550SKCEm

We lost one of our tallest heroes - a visionary global business leader, philanthropist and extraordinary human being who has inspired generations with his compassionate leadership. Hard to accept he is no more, but his words will echo - "Give back to society more than you take."
