Northern Cape - Prieska Crime Prevention Unit arrested a Nigerian National male aged (36) for the possession of drugs in Prieska on 17/04. Mandrax tablets, cocaine and crystal meth with an estimated street value of R68 000 were confiscated.

Gauteng - After trying to evade capture, a search revealed a concealed compartment in the ceiling of a shop containing around R5.5 million worth of cellphones & R549,750 in cash. The suspects are facing charges under the ICASA Act and Labelling Regulations.

Gauteng - A male arrested by JMPD TRU for Common Robbery (cellphone) at Claim & Bok Str, Joubert Park. The suspect was found in possession of the victims cellphone. This was after a group of males approached the victim & robbed him of his cellphone.

Gauteng - Region F1 officers received a complaint from Vumacam to assist security officers at Miriam Makeba & Str, Newtown. Upon arrival, officers found security officers & a male who was found in possession of copper cables that he couldn't account for. The suspect ws arrested.

Limpopo - SAPS members of Provincial Anti-Smuggling Task Team arrested a 32-year-old man, on 08/08 for possession of stolen motor vehicle, following a tip-off about a stolen vehicle that was in the process of being smuggled out of the country to Zimbabwe through Beitbridge Port.

Northern Cape - SAPS Springbok arrested two suspects, aged 34 and 39, for drug dealing in Bergsig, Springbok on Wednesday, 29/01. Suspects were found in possession of mandrax tablets valued at over 90k, tik worth approximately R615,000, cash believed to be the proceeds of crime.
