Next week PJH will be participating in Kindness Week. Along with the spirit week, we will be celebrating acts of kindness and giving shout outs to students being kind.

Advanced IT students have been working on a Foot Orthosis project in PLTW. They were given a task of creating an orthotic device for a patient with Spastic Hemiplegia. The students researched the condition, drew sketches and were given materials to create a prototype.

Ms. Baskas and Miss Griffin’s 8th-period class participated in a STEM activity called “The Sphero Chariot Challenge.”  Their mission was to build a chariot (rover) that could safely hold at least 2 astronauts (ping pong balls) who had been exploring the moon for the past 6 months
