Stuff is getting real-met with dissertation chair today... sending out to full committee! They have 5-7 days to respond with any edits, concerns, corrections... implement changes, then sent on to uni for qual check... defense maybe end of month! Regalia arrived today! #phdlife

Hung up in my office today to annoy me enough to press on and finish. Neat, but kind of going to miss the "can't miss this - go BU crimson" robes... now, just to find my JC orange and white hood to add to the collection...

So this happened this weekend... through an interesting set of circumstances... we added a Golden Retriever named Ranger to the family... so we now have Nala(2), Socks(1), and Ranger(3)... lots of doggy fun!
