Hey snowmobilers and skate skiiers! Lolo Pass down the 5670 ( Pack Creek) to Lochsa Lodge was groomed with a flat track last night!

2:30 pm Pacific time The groomer is out on the ski trails! Groom is flat and classic! I was out today. AWESOME conditions!

Its 7:45 Pacific time 8:45 Mountain time and the parking lot is rapidly filling up! Remember the alternative parking areas on the Montana and Idaho side we mentioned last week on our Facebook page.

1 foot of new snow in the last 48 hours . 1-2 feet of new snow expected by Monday morning. The groomer is out on the ski trails. Backcountry Enthusiasts: Avalanche danger is high.

Ski trails were groomed yesterday on Friday, February 19th. Snowmobile trails groomed were Granite Pass to the warming hut and the East Fork on the 19th. Check out missoulasnowgoers.org for the trail report. West Fork was groomed this week.

We've got close to 8 feet of snow at Lolo Pass today. Avalanche danger is considerable. Snowmobile lot is close to being full. 24 degrees

The ski trails were groomed last night with a flat and classic track. Should be some good spring skiing today!

December 10th 2021! Discover Your Northwest Lolo Pass Visitors Center is back online! We have 17 inches of snow at the VC today. No grooming yet. Hard pack with some nice powder on top. Winter recreation passes are required. Dogs are no longer allowed east of the VC

It's happening! With almost two feet of snow on the ground: expect a groomer report in the next week. 17 inches to two feet of snow expected in the next two days. The parking lot has not been plowed.

The Lolo Pass Visitors Center will be open tomorrow night from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm for our Full Moon Event. Bring your headlamps!
