Milwaukee County residents continue dealing with the aftermath of the extreme flooding and storms that occurred last weekend. Many families and businesses are facing difficult realities and challenges as a result of the flooding. My message for the community is this: We are here

Look...I love Wisconsin with all my heart but nobody, and I mean nobody, is calling any BBQ from this state, much less brisket, the best in the country 😂

The city is doing a remarkable job with cleanup, and the bulk cleanup crews out are superheroes. On the other side is the insurance companies who are denying claims left and right. Those denials will ruin lives/families. It's past time we start holding these aholes accountable.

Also, if you've been lucky enough to land a remediation crew (we were, thankfully) they're likely like ours: non-English speaking citizens and migrants. This is brutal work. Be radicalized by who is doing that work and who is not* THEY are the true Americans *not us wypipo
