Community-centered #DisasterRecovery d takes the WHOLE community! Katie Pechon of Triton Relief Group teamed up with @TrachMommas to help collect & transport durable medical equipment to the #Bahamas: wheelchairs, wound care & urinary supplies #HurricaneDorian #DisabLed4Dorian

These supplies will be packed onto 8 pallets and driven from #Louisiana to #Florida via a Triton Relief Group volunteer. A triton volunteer pilot will fly these pallets to the #Bahamas, where Germán Luis Parodi & Shaylin Sluzalis will distribute the supplies to the individuals who requested them.

Each one of these 8 pallets contains supplies that are critical to the well-being and independence of #HurricaneDorian disabled survivors. Thank you to our partners, @TrachMommas for collecting all the supplies and Triton Relief Group for transporting them to the #Bahamas!
