Protoceratops in an ironstone enhanced burrow. The burrow had rolled down the hill. Most pics are of a Proto in burrow not enhanced by ironstone (no sign of burrow) scavenged beetle larvae, who left borings in the bone and their pupae. Loved to chew up the cartilage in joints.

So many lovely Ordovician fossils occur in the Tyndall Stone (mined in Manitoba), used as cladding across Calgary. These were seen outside the Roger’s Building on 3rd Ave 😊. The Thalassinoides (shrimp) burrows are ubiquitous.
