For breakfast?? Who orders that at 10 AM on a job interview day??? OMG! What have I done to myself, Sinzu! At this point, I wanted to throw my phone. First of all, what if this was a test by the client on all of you? Secondly, why would you even try this rubbish?

So not only did they eat irresponsibly, they packed food like they were restocking their kitchen. For a job interview. God, abeg. And the worst part? I don’t even know these people! They got shortlisted from an earlier interview and seemed okay.

Now, they’ve made me look incompetent to my client. Because how do I explain Nkwobi and cocktails as breakfast behavior??? Let me be clear: If you were in my position, would you still recommend them for employment? Because I won’t. I’m blocking all of them from my talent pool.
