I’m training for a half marathon and went on a steady long run the other day, I was meant to stop at 18k and decided “meh, what’s another 3k…” so I guess I’ll have no problem doing this again in 2 weeks 😂

Finally dipped below 90kg (89.9kg) for the first time since I started working out 8 months ago, decided to attempt 90kg on the bench and I smashed it! Two big goals achieved today, 100kg next! 💪

I took part in the MK Rocket 5k this morning and absolutely smashed it! I finished with an official chip time of 20:20!! Buzzing but also frustrated, 20 seconds away from the sub 20 dream😭I'm also running the MK Half Marathon tomorrow, what an idiot😂

All this hard work is paying off! I might be getting older, but I'm in the best shape of my life, what a weekend! 🏅 5k PB of 20:20 🏅 HM PB of 1:44:01 I am absolutely battered, taking some time off for some much needed rest 😴
