I don’t know if you are aware of this. There is a Walk for Peace happening across America. They are currently in Mississippi. Unfortunately, one of the Buddhist monks was hit by a vehicle and had lost his leg in the process.

The Walk for Peace strolled by a couple miles from my place today so I went on down there and the monks rested and spoke to us about mindfulness, peace, and meditation. They are walking from Texas to DC.
