Seriously, you need to upgrade your mindset. I know too many brilliant people who downplay their talents because they came easy to them. Just because you can naturally do certain things well doesn't mean there's no value in them. You need to learn to speak highly of yourself.

I've been a father for almost 2 years now, and this is one thing I want every young man to understand before deciding to have kids: If you get the first three years right, you’re basically okay, cos If you don’t, you’ll spend the rest of their lives doing remedial parenting.

A friend told me "doing your best does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown, because at that point, it's no longer your best..." and I haven't looked at things the same ever since

Challenge the doer in you. Not tomorrow, not when you're ready (you'll never be), but today
with the messy first draft, the shaky first step, the 'good enough' launch. Action isn't just the result of motivation; it's the source of it.

You’re not weak for feeling everything deeply. You’re only in danger when you let your emotions lead the way. The goal isn’t to suppress how you feel... it’s to outgrow the need to act on every feeling. Mastering that? That’s grown-up strength.
