Another smashing week for Hereford calves in Bandon mart with calves earning from €220 upto €425. Tom McCarthy, speaking to Irish Farmers Journal, said the number of stronger calves being sold are up with farmers maximining their calf value by selling between 3 & 6 weeks of ages!
