Nice ICM VT case today. Prior LAD infarct with ICD shocks for VT falling in the VF zone. VT stim induced Vflutter to VF. DEEP mapping identified septal conduction channel successful ablation with no further VT/VF inducible. #epeeps #cardiology #vtablation
