I literally woke up this morning and took my meds right away and went straight to exercising 👍🏻 I only have this morning until therapy to exercise and then I’ll see my friend after and I’ll be back at therapy tonight with bf 🫠

I finally bought Gatorade for the first time in a long time. Yay electrolytes!!! I started to grow a distaste to it and it took me forever to go back. I don’t think I ever replaced it in sense of using anything else. Maybe I started drinking more water recently but idrk.

Didn’t end up going back with bf to therapy because omg it started thunderstorming again and I got scared and rescheduled. After all that damn rain last week I CANNOT handle more. It looked so ugly out

Just weighed in and it wasn’t the worst but yes I have gained since being up way past my TDEE and it needs to STOP AHHH. I need better cals to consume at least

Okay so while taking a shower I was mentally taking bc’s obviously and my thighs do look + feel more toned??? The gap actually stays longer and it looks better??? Maybe things are okay rn….

The funniest shit at therapy yesterday was doing one of my anxiety screenings and when she was reading off specific symptoms and got to “uncontrollable stimming/movement” all she had to do was look at me to see my legs bouncing in my chair to check off absolutely 🤣🤣

All I need to do is go to the store… and then I can continue to relax all day at home… I can do this!!! Pray for me y’all

My car is apparently growing mold from all that water I got inside of it 🫠 I bought stuff to hopefully create a solution to get rid of it but god… when does it end???
