Offchain Labs raised $3.7m in their first funding round and that was probably one of the best ROIs in web3? The question now is (not a rhetoric one): does Arbitrum DAO always fund ventures as profitable or at least comparable to Offchain Labs? Probably not. Why? Delegates.
