Easy cooking tip: Preheat your oven to 200 degrees & add olive oil & salt to your carrots (split in half) and cook for 25 minutes. Mix 1.5 table spoon of Harissa & 1 table spoon of honey, add it to your carrots & cook it for another 5 minutes before adding it on to your Houmous.
