I had a 4 hour nap this afternoon, I’ve ruined my sleep again tonight 😭

My sleep has been worse than ever lately but last night I actually managed a good sleep and yet I’m still knackered today 😴

This annual leave has been a complete wash out

My back is in bits today 😭

62.5 hours done since Sunday, time for a couple of days off 😁

Putting washing on the line to dry makes me so happy 😁 #adultlife

Rather productive day today considering I only had a grand total of 3 hours & 44 mins sleep last night, ironed uniforms, had a 2 hour breakfast friend date, popped to a friends very briefly, went to pick up some essentials, had a hair and beard cut and done 2 loads of washing 😁

I’m going to see pink later and currently feel rough 🤒 😭

7 night shifts in 8 nights done (87.5 hours) now for a couple of days off 😁

I really hope I sleep tonight 🙏

1 more 12.5 hour shift between me and 15 whole days off 😁

Todays shift has killed me off, can’t wait for bed 😴

I really want an Asda make your own pizza but I’m so unwell with the lurgy and shortness of breath I don’t have the energy to drive there and get one 😭

First shift back in work tomorrow after 7 weeks off, my body is not gonna appreciate the 05:30 alarm 😂

I really wish I was heading to the pub tonight

This hangover is horrendous, it’s 23:20 and I still feel terrible and it’s been getting worse not better 🤮

I need a holiday ☀️
