“I don’t have girls.” That’s how Sen. Chris Murphy shrugs off fairness in women’s sports. Title IX was meant to ensure girls have a level playing field, not to be quietly undermined by ideological cowardice. theblaze.com/columns/opinio…

“Reserving girls’ sports for girls isn’t discrimination. Saying you’re a girl doesn’t make you one. Female athletes have no obligation to indulge a make-believe ideology that denies biological reality.” My latest: theblaze.com/columns/opinio…

On Flag Day, we honor the principles behind the American flag—freedom, individual rights, and equality. Too many schools have forgotten them. We haven't. #FlagDay

Teachers' union leaders are fanatical ideologues --- the positions they scream about & rally for only hurt their members and America's students.

A century after Pierce v. Society of Sisters, radicals are still trying to sideline parents and centralize control. Schools exist to serve families — not the other way around. townhall.com/columnists/hay…

Colorado can't seem to stop violating the First Amendment. Despite two losses at SCOTUS over the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act's onerous burdening of the 1st Amendment, they're back at it again with a new provision on "misgendering." We're taken them to court. My latest:

Today, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Tennessee's ban on so-called "gender affirming" medical interventions for minors does not violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment. The court determined that the law is subject only to the lowest level

🚨 @AFPFoundation & Ryan Mulvey just filed an amicus brief in SLF_Liberty’s Stovall v. Jefferson County. Schools shouldn't use copyright law to hide what they are teaching from parents. Transparency matters.

Today, the Supreme Court upheld Tennessee’s right to protect children from irreversible medical harm. This is a huge win for safety and common sense.
