Happy to announce our 5th Annual Lab Symposium to be held on December 24. This time my academic grandchildren will also speak.😀 Looking forward to discussing science and the homecoming/reunion of our former lab members. I will be hosting a dinner in the city on the 24th evening.

Had a wonderful experience during 7 days DST STUTi workshop at IISER Mohali and Amity Mohali with Mily Bhattacharya.. It was my first and really a great experience to attend a lecture by Samrat Mukhopadhyay.. Really amazed to learn about confocal microscopy and Single Molecule FRET..

It was a great honor and privilege to speak at a Physical Chemistry Symposium last week at the Indian Institute of Science IISc Bangalore. This was my first talk in the iconic Faculty Hall. Today Samrat Samrat Mukhopadhyay visited my department at Thapar Institute Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. His talk titled "Listening to Protein Songs Using Vibrational Spectroscopy" created enormous excitement & enthusiasm among our students & colleagues. It was wonderful to have him visit my lab.
