Our paper "An Improved Genetic Algorithm for Set Cover using Rosenthal Potential" published at FedCSIS 2024 is now available at annals-csis.org/proceedings/20…. To develop the GA, it leverages a proxy potential function that was designed to smoothen the optimization landscape
