I encourage you to watch out for negative thoughts and statements that include “if only,” and to think and say instead positive confessions that include “but God.” When you focus your thoughts and words on what God can do, His power will flow in your life in unprecedented ways!

Anger mixed with sadness is a cocktail for resentment or what psychology calls "embitterment". It doesn't go down smooth, and it has the same contaminating impact on yourself and everyone you come in contact with.

Prayer is not about getting what you want; it’s about coming to a place where you want what God wants. 🙏
