Happy World Earth Day, everyone! Poorer food choices affect both our and the Earth's health thanks to the energy required to produce, transport, store, prepare, and dispose of different foods. What changes can you make in your diet to support the planet rather than degrade it?

We send out the Amazon gift vouchers: On the first Monday, 28 days after you completed the Baseline questionnaire, If you have completed the questionnaires and Intake24 recalls we sent you. If you don't have yours yet, check whether these criteria have been met!
