I know people will disagree with this but I thought the prosecution rebuttal closing was WAY OUT OF FUCKING LINE in the #ashleybenefield trial. We get you didn’t believe her prosecutor but even Creighton Waters and Georgia Cappleman didn’t come at their defendants like that.

As frustrating as it is that so many juries are coming back hung, I admit, if I thought someone was NG, I would not change my vote for anything.

If what the motion says is true, it's a huge problem and she will absolutely HAVE to get a new trial. Jurors should not be unethical or violate the rules of sequestration. Sorry, the rules exist for a reason.
