As a judge I must say the NHS Midlands MIDAS awards ‘24 rightly celebrated the high achievements and inspirations of networks, activists, hero’s, ICS’s and much more, to highlight the critical link between inclusive workforces and our urgent need to retain our workforce talent.

My new spanking new Cochlear N8 arrived. Two colours aren’t normal. Long story short I wrongly chose sand instead of brown. I could only get the coil and cover changed to brown. Not a bad unplanned way to blend in with my hair, though I aren’t conscious of people noticing my CI.
