Since the brand new Roger D. Slaton AgriScience Center officially opened on the DCHS campus at the end of May, the building has already been put to good use as agriculture students have welcomed their first round of animals to the center: 13 pigs. dawsonnews.com/news/education…

We are proud to host Summer Soar! 140 students from all 4 elementary schools have worked on skills to help them be successful next year. These students met new friends, ate yummy meals, & had lots of fun! With encouragement from our teachers, they will have the skills to SOAR!

What a fun week it has been at Camp Invention 2023! Dawson County Middle School hosted over 200 student participants and many middle, junior high, & high school volunteers. We are thankful for all of the hard work that is put into making this such a memorable week for the campers!
