Alastair in Y9 competed in the first ever Junior Blaydon Race. He finished 5th racing against others up to two years older. He had a great sprint finish closing the gap on 4th to just 3 tenths of a second finishing in a time of 11.23.7. Fantastic work from Alastair! #TeamDCHS 🏃🏻‍♂️

Y8 Cricket Today 🏏 Duchess beat Hexham Middle in the Semi-Final of the U13 cup. Dame Allan's in the final batted first and scored 175. Caleb, Oliver, Luke and Max all took 1 wicket each. In reply, Duchess got 113. Luke top scored with 31 and Max Burton 20. DCHS Alnwick

U15 Girls Softball Cricket team are 3rd in the county🏏 Some excellent playing today and great teamwork shown. Unfortunately we couldn’t match Ponteland & Kings Priory to qualify for the regionals but still lots of fun and lessons learnt with the best team of girls 🫶🏻 #TeamDCHS
