Drove to Norfolk and back this week and today drove to Fremont. It is shocking how many pivots are running or just finished a trip around. My own pivot is on its 3rd time around already. This is going to be a looooong summer.

What a pleasant surprise this morning, light rain off and on all morning so far. After a horrendous dry spell last winter and early spring, we’ll take every drop.

Pulled up to our Airbnb at Estes Park and he was there to greet us.

We visited the Henri Chapelle American Cemetery in Belgium. The locals treat this cemetery with such reverence and honor. These are mostly airmen that were shot down in WWII. Nearby is another American Cemetery where every grave is adopted by a family to take care of.

I remember that night as the weather alert kept going off with all the tornadoes.
