Two year olds have an incredible knack for ruining a perfectly good evening.

Thanks to the americanair employees who worked hard for 3 hours to find flights, hotels, and shuttles for all of the cranky and disgruntled passengers of our grounded plane. Huge shout out to Reuben who was super kind to me even after his previous customer was not kind to him!

Shout out to Cinda, our flight attendant from LAX to IND on americanair. You may be the best flight attendant I have ever had!! My wife, 2 year-old, and I can't thank you enough. We were cranky, tired, and fussy (not just the 2yo!) But you were kind and compassionate!
