Hi CrossCountry Trains As usual, you have put another wheelchair in my reserved wheelchair space on your train. It takes a lot to reserve a space, then you do this to me. Your train is being delayed indefinitely until you put me in my space.

The delay was not caused by passengers causing a disturbance on a train, it was caused by CrossCountry Trains failing to maintain wheelchair space bookings. I was perfectly calm and polite. Given it is public on Twitter that the incident involved me, that's libelous. Watch out, XC.

Now at Chesterfield, they've just attempted to board another wheelchair user into my booked CrossCountry Trains wheelchair space. Ramp down and everything. East Midlands Railway (EMR) staff said loudly for all to hear, "But where else am I going to put her?"
