Let kids enjoy books for the magic they offer! There is no need to dissect and analyze every book you read. Enjoy them for their individual magic. No two people see a book the same way. Grant your kids that right/privilege.

Last evening, our ER experienced a Code Orange. A mass casualty event-where the ability to care for patients will outpace the resources to provide care adequate care. Please read below. This is what CBC New Brunswick should reporting on.

Get them hooked on stories. Charlotte's Web in E.B.White's own voice? It's there. Google it. Audible books? Authors sharing on You Tube Give your students the time they need all the while stoking their interest in stories. Have them long to become readers...life long readers.

Educators All - this is the big one! You are not dealing with "product". They are not stats or graphs. They are real live people. Above all else, care! And show them you care! If that is not possible, step aside for someone who will.

Kids feed off your energy. Coffee, small talk...smiles! Administrators - the same. Allow those under your umbrella all they need to achieve their goals. Don't worry...be happy!
