Congratulations to striker DAVID McNAUGHT who recorded his 250th appearance for the club in Last Saturdays defeat at Carluke. First signed in August 2008 from Dumbarton, David made his debut in a 3-1 win over Port Glasgow at Millburn on 6th August 2008.

3rd place Vale welcome league leaders Lanark United FC to Millburn tomorrow, kick off 1:45. Vale were soundly beaten 4:0 at Moor Park in the opening league fixture and will need to be at their very best to halt the Lanarkshire sides 12 game winning run. At the moment pitch is fine

This year will see the club reach its 150 year anniversary! The club formed in August 1872 have decided that to mark this historic occasion a special club Crest be commissioned that will be worn by all Vale teams for season 2022/23. #thereisavalley #150yearsinthevalley

A striker who left Dumbarton FC way back in 2008 and has been Vale of Leven FC ever since is David McNaught David McNaught. Given the nickname "Nuggs" he has scored plenty of goals for the club and he is now approaching his 15th year at the club. Incredible. He played 52 SPFL games.
