The beautiful birdlife of Eritrea: we were joined by these feathered friends in Asmara this morning.

Cd’A a.i. Mr K.S. Dhiman & members of the Embassy participated in the Remembrance Day Ceremony at the Asmara War Cemetery & paid homage to the valiant Indian soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice during WW II battles fought on Eriterian soil.

A privilege to lead today’s Remembrance Day commemoration in Asmara. Here at the Commonwealth War Cemetery there are 273 graves of those who gave their lives in the Second World War. Thank you to Commonwealth War Graves , Eritrean and international friends for joining us as we honour their memory.
