Steve Delaney 🇬🇧 Takes time to organise “the right” court, “the right” judge, “the right” jury, & enough time to pass to let the public forget about the case so when verdict is revealed, backlash is manageable. Hence expedited prosecutions while emotions & tempers were high in “summer riots”.
