Recently, I've been learning lots about rye whiskey..and I found a limited supply of some really good stuff. Product launch details coming.

I think the best rye would be about 10 years old & about 100 proof. I would also like a 100% rye, so you get the full effect of the rye.

It's amazing how quickly the interest in rye has grown. Too bad that means the supply of properly matured rye is rapidly dwindling.
