I'm hearing from sources that ERLC leaders have been reaching out to lawmakers pleading for someone to put out a statement of support ahead of the annual meeting. I hope those leaders are well aware of the ERC’s partnership with a George Soros funded organization to promote

It'd be far easier, & incalculably more effective, for ERLC president & board simply to say: "We've made some mistakes. We see that now. It's our fault, not yours. Here's what we're going to do to fix it..." But the official line is still this: The messengers don't understand.

I’ve heard the exact same thing from some of my DC contacts. As Megan Basham puts it here “If only the ERLC were as diligent in representing us as they are in preserving their jobs.”
